No need to print a copy. Note to passenger: put your name and your info on the waiver form with the ATV/SxS permit number you are the passenger on.\nCost: $20/person – $5 for a child 12 and under.\nProof of OFATV (QuadON) trail permit required • Limited day permits available on site ($30).  Note; if purchasing your day permit on site\, you will not be able to complete the on-line waiver.  Paper waivers will be available for completion.\nLunch: Free hot dogs\, chips and beverages at P5 parking in Larose Forest\nDoor prizes drawn at lunch
